Sometimes one waits too long for the perfect moment before snapping the picture. You never realize that you needed was to change perspective. Every day God invites us on the same kind of adventure. It's not a trip where he sends us a rigid itinerary, He simply invites us. God asks what it is he's made us to love, what it is that captures our attention, what feeds that deep indescribable need of our souls to experience the richness of the world he made and then, leaning over us, He whispers, Let's go do that together. I love to travel, and when I am not able to get away, I am traveling in spirit...sampling new foods and art.

I've got the makings of an excellent cook and the desire to be one, but right now, I am just lacking the experience. As much as my family wants to prepare healthy meals at home; We also enjoy eating out. Our quest to finding the best Korean restaurant in the big D; Landed us to Koryo Kalbi today. The 4th restaurant we have visited in town. The first two we had tried were authentic; A few of them are somewhat westernized with an extensive menu. Everything we have tried so far were really great, especially the fermented side dishes. The taste is something to get used to, but after awhile you're really going to love it. We just love the setting. The good thing is I am not the only one raving over it. I can drag my two guys anytime. They love it too!

Every dreamer knows that it is entirely possible to be homesick for a place you've never been to, perhaps more homesick than for familiar ground. Deep down, I vastly prefer being with others to being alone. I am not too sure what my place in the world is yet. I often feel invisible in a crowd. My gift is dreaming and imagining. I can take myself to another world anytime I feel like it. I am inspired by what is possible. Real life is often too ordinary for me. I am happy as long as I am given some personal space. It's important for me to have my own private life.

Red will make me feel energetic, passionate, and determined and with a little red, I will project an aura of warmth. If I want to feel intensely, I have got to get some red in my life! For extra punch: Combine red with orange or pink. I am balanced, peaceful, and sincere. I am the type of person who goes along to get along and I am definitely afraid of rocking the boat. Underneath it all, I fear my world falling apart. I will put up with a situation that I don't like in fear of changing it. Disruptive and forceful people intimidate me.

Fun surprises here and there and my guys were a little extra sweet on Sunday. I love a party that's extremely low pressure... so low pressure, in fact, that no one has to talk much. Getting together for a movie is right up my ally. No one has to figure out what to do, and there's something to talk about afterward. In my opinion, parties should be an opportunity for friends to just be themselves. No one needs to impress anyone else. As long as we are together and relaxing, we are having a good time. I am happy to do something rather ordinary with my friends. To be honest, I am really not much of a traditional party person. At heart, I am more of an introvert. That's why I like to put a twist on the whole party idea. I keep the friends, but ditch the more socially demanding aspect of a gathering! Anyway, I am about to sell my textbooks. My old ones that I still keep until now, especially my English and History Books.

Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. I crave new experiences. I enjoy unusual things even more once I can get my friends into them. I find the world energizing and inspiring. For me, there's nothing like the thrill of discovery. I am so glad I get to spend time with the guys today. They are just the sweetest. Today was nothing short of amazing. I will always cherish the good times. A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.... Yes, we are celebrating. Out and about with the fam bam.

There's nothing like getting my heart pumping and breathing fresh air to drive me to greatness. There's nothing more awe inspiring than the beauties and challenges of nature. Being outside really puts my life in perspective. I feel powerful when I am moving through a natural setting. I am more likely to think boldly and trust my instincts. I integrate ideas well. I am always trying to figure out how all the pieces of the world are connected. Here's a random collage of the day. I am easily inspired to think colorful, interesting thoughts.

I see life as my one chance to experience everything, and I just go for it. I prefer to open things up for discussion and see where the brainstorming takes me. I don't have expectations. The reason I have to have the Big Agnes tents... Summer is just around the corner. I would like to turn my world upside down a little, and there's no better way to do that than immersing myself in a foreign culture. Learning a new language would broaden my perspective and give me an inside look at another area of the world. Getting to know a new language would challenge my brain as well as my expectations about another culture. My opportunities in life would also be expanded. Imagine where I could travel once I had another language under my belt.

Just a quick Spring collage here; Pretty much from different occasions. Mostly on wekends... I enjoy grouping snapshots from my phone. It's easy to make it this way. Ah, how did I forget to buy rocky patel cigars... I took the guys to brunch and shared a Patbingsu. It's a Korean dessert; M is not too crazy over it hehe... I like it because it's similar to our Halo-Halo in the Phils. I like to think of myself as a fairly modest person. And it's true that I don't talk myself up, but I am also pretty happy with who I am. I am incredibly cautious. I rather miss out on something than make a mistake. I am very set in my ways and very conservative. I rather stick to what's tried and true than do something new. I tend to have a one track mind. I prefer not to multitask, but most of the time it's unavoidable...Have a great weekend!

It's been quite a search. I am glad I finally found led pool lights at poolsupplyunlimited.com... This is what we need. Trying to fix things before summer comes. Whenever I have the choice, I prefer to be outside. Being in nature makes me happy. Even when I am in the city, I tend to seek out green spaces. I like to have an oasis. I may be a hardcore nature lover, but you also find solace in a quite walk or eating outdoors at a cafe. I just love fresh air; And when the weather is perfect, I've got to get ouside as soon as I can... even if that means playing hooky! While there is a lot of ugliness in the world, I believe that almost no one is beyond redemption. I take each day as it comes and simply try to do my best.

I am usually content and with good reason. I have a lot to be happy about, so when things don't go well, remember that I have it better than most people. And of course, being around with the two people I love the most. I am not surprised the little guy is collecting modern coins... He is obsessed. We bought him an organizer too. I hope he will take care of it. It's quite fascinating to see him grow and learn so many things along the way. I know it's important to keep looking up and looking toward the future. Optimism always wins out. I am the one person always eager to see a silver lining in dark clouds. It's important that I feel hopeful. A smile makes everything better!

I am a very "do it yourself" type of person. I like to dig in and get things done. I like teamwork. I find there is something powerful about team spirit. I am extremely energetic, but I also like to kick back when it's time to rest. I stay balanced. A simple camping trip is the perfect vacation for me. I am not looking to spend a lot of money - I am just happy to get away from it all. Life has gotten a bit uninspired for me lately... I want to make memories that will last a lifetime.

If I were transported back to the 80s, my life would be all about living large. I love the excess that the 80s represented, even if the party wasn't meant to last. The problem with withdrawing from the world is that it's hard to reintegrate myself when I am ready. People either totally get me or they think I am boring and generic. I think that life should be an adventure.

I am a deep thinker, and I am always looking for the connections between things. I see the whole big picture as far as the world goes. In my view, we are all interconnected. The little things I do effect one another, and the results are pretty interesting. I tend to be a mix and match type of person. I like unusual pairings - in food, style, and in company. My favorite store is liquidating, so I bought a bunch of stuff at really great prices plus coupons. You can't beat that. I've gotten bed sheets, bath towels, kitchen ware, clothes, shoes, clevis for the guys, rugs, and so much more... A few I am sending and I am keeping the rest for us here at home. I like having extras in my stash especially bath towels. Then on to the branded stuff, I am selling; From Aero shirts, VS, and LC purses. And of course, old stuff I don't use anymore are also finding a room at this jumbo box. Trying to fit everything in as much as I can. I am finally settled with the Atlas Houston this time. As long as they're willing to pick up my box at my place then it won't be a problem shipping one next time around. My typical weekend... Sleeping in, cuddling, watching TV; Who wants to get up and shower Sunday morning?

I spend a good amount of time online. I am the type of person who would like to have the internet with me wherever I go and I don't want to compromise browsing experience. I am a bit of an introvert. I like the internet for its brainer nature, and I may contribute in my own way. The ease of my online searching from hampton windows to fashion... It doesn't end here; That includes all sort of fun things I can think of.... When it comes to fashion, anything goes for me... especially if it's whimsical and fun. I am a pro at mixing and matching. I believe that fashion rules are meant to be broken. I don't need anyone to tell me what looks good. I rock my own free spirited style.
