
So here's my menu for this week:
Monday: Baked Tilapia with caesar dressing,steamed white rice and strawberry crepes
Tuesday: Fried rice,grilled spicy chicken,sauteed squash,and sliced pineapples
Wednesday: Grilled Alaskan Coho Salmon, mashed potatoes,peas/carrots,and water melon
Thursday: Tuna with Mango Salsa,steamed rice,seasoned green beans and Cinnamon Apples
Friday: Grilled Beef Fajitas,tortillas,baked Beans, and vanilla ice cream with homemade brownie.
