Here's my take for this tag girls. Sorry it's kinda late.
I had fun answering this one.
1. What is your definition of ‘healthy eating’?
-If you can avoid eating fatty foods and unhealthy snacks,then you're good. Drink plenty of water it helps a lot.
2. Do you exercise on a regular basis? What is your favorite form of exercise? Least favorite?
-I don't exercise at all hehehe..
But sometimes when I look at myself in the mirror and there are days I would feel heavier than normal. I do sit-ups that's it. After giving birth i've tried pilates for just a short time,but no interest of doing it again due to my busy schedule.
3. Do you take vitamin supplements?
-Oh yeah I take supplements,but not everyday and i'm lazy so most of the time I will forget taking it.
4.Can you tell that your body is getting older?If so How?
-Hmm....not really! I think I have gained a little than my normal body,but I don't see any indication of my body getting old. I always have that in my mind,that I hate getting old. So seeing myself with a wrinkly skin is not really exciting at all.
5. Would you call yourself healthy?
-I think so! I am just careful of what I eat and would definitely maintain a healthier diet.
