My hubby is certainly in the process of losing weight. I am glad we are starting to see the results each week. Too bad we sometimes eat foods that are unhealthy but it seems like we are back on track now. We made so many changes in the past months. We definitely drink lots of water now than we used to. We are also trying to cut back sodas or even juices and of course eating out. Junk foods are very enticing and yeah it tastes good no doubt about that. But sure it doesn't help our bodies where are the B-Vitamins,fiber,potassium iron, magnesium our bodies need. After we started buying healthy foods the truth is I crave for green vegetables and wanting to have soups all the time. So far we were able to stick with our plan and were positive to follow a healthy lifestyle from now on. If you havent heard yet of the great news,that Whole Foods Market, the world’s leading natural and organic foods supermarket is running a podcast series speaking to natural health alternatives. This is such a great approach towards this month topic The Skinny on Weight Loss. I think now is the right time to change and live a healthy life. Appreciate those vitamins and minerals that we could get from fruits,seafood,and vegetables. Why can't we start doing that if others can. Let's help spread the word of how important this challenge is.
