Foam Pillow

I am the kind of person who can't sleep with just one pillow. I need to have a pillow in between my legs and another one on my side. I also observed it could reduce back pain everytime I have one in between my legs. It just feels comfortable that way. That's why pillows are that important to me. I tend to have unwanted back pains especially after giving birth. Having a comfortable bed to sleep on and comfy pillows to accomodate my sleep position really helps a lot.

Cravings

I am a little bit worried of my little guy because he really has an addiction of Mcdonald's. Who's kids doesn't like to go there anyway.It's good to treat him there once in awhile,but going there everyday is not really acceptable. I know hubby is the one to be blamed. I am glad he has an appetite for great meals now.I admit I love fries too and that's the only thing I can't give up yet hehe.. We do crave for stuff like this and yeah the other day was just perfect to treat ourselves. Believe me it's not happening again this week.

Resume Templates

My first job was a sales representative and I hated it. After I graduated HS my dad wanted me to have a summer job. When that opportunity came along I went ahead and applied. It wasn't really my thing,but since I needed extra money for college so I still did it. I don't really need to have an impressive resume because obviously I was just starting out,but having a great personality was a plus. I am curious professionally wise of what's the tricky part when finding a job. Well I guess this would help the job seekers out there. Who would have thought there are resume templates available for you.

Arboretum Plan

My friend and I have been wanting to go to the Arboretum and we keep putting it off. Last week was just perfect,but since we're both waiting to get macro lenses. We decided to move it this week then. I just ordered mine earlier and I hope we will have a great weather next week,so we will enjoy taking photos. It might be a little hard with the kids,but since we are dying to go there anyhow. We will find a way to capture those wonderful flowers.

Carey Cabins

I was just chatting with my sister an hour ago. My sister is getting married this coming April 8 and I was just curious how's the wedding preparation goes. She said everything is taking care of. They also picked Tagaytay for their honeymoon. If only she's not that far I could have suggested visiting another places as well like Pigeon Forge cabin rentals. They're both adventurous people and this would be another fun thing to do. Anyway it's their choice and I know this celebration brings so much Joy to them. I couldn't be much happier.

New Collaboration Kit

The whole Milla Designs creative team members are so busy creating layouts this week. Milla Designs and Madame Mim have a collab kit coming out tomorrow. Sweet Treats

We still got a lot of candies and chocolates from last week's Easter Hunt. My little guy was really enyoying all the Easter goodies he got from our friends and family. Some of our close neighbor friends just came by and gave him more candies. We had bought quite a lot already and it might take us a few more days to consume all these lol. I know my two guys can handle this. They're a team when it comes to eating sweets.



On the other hand Josh and I went to the store earlier and this sidewalk chalk caught his eye. I just bought it for him since he really loves it so much. In fact he already used it for the time today. It was a bit messy outside!

Movie Talk

I haven't really paid attention to the new releases and I know I have missed out a lot. My friend convinced me to watch Enchanted so that's definitely one in my list to be watched. I just saw the trailer and no doubt I would love this movie. Next that I've been wanting to see is the Atonement. I am such a huge fan of Keira Knightley and her role in Pride and Prejudice was very convincing. I am very excited to watch these movies and hope I have the time this weekend.

A day in the park

My little guy was so persuasive to go to the park today. Since we've been wanting to go to the lake anyhow. So we ended up going to the park nearby the lake. Myke just bought a kite for him but it was too breezy and my Josh wasn't thrilled about it. It was his first time to play a kite. But he was more interested going to the play place instead and mingle with other kids. Due to the recent storm the water in the lake wasn't in its normal clarity. We saw a few people fishing in there too,but was quite hesitant to really get closer. Overall is was really a fun day.

Happy Easter

I am glad the weather last Friday was really good.I thought Joshua would do the Easter Egg Hunt by himself this year. It had been terribly raining for days.But Josh and Liza's kids really had a blast last Friday. Our plan was to go to the lake but since it was a bit far from my place we decided to meet up in the park instead. Plus I also feel safer in the park,so that was just perfect. Happy Easter Everyone!

Golf Resort

Growing up I always enjoyed sports. I was very energetic and competitive on all games.I can see that my little guy is definitely very active and loves outdoors too. We would love him to enjoy sports as well whatever it is that he is passionate about. There are tons of activities out there perfect for kids and the whole family. We have plans to visit places in the next few months and having friends with us is also a fun idea. Just like going to Branson golf is absolutely a perfect plan.

It was a bit disappointing to see,that not all of the roses bloom yet at the Botanicals Garden.We're looking forward to visit again next month and I bet that would be the perfect time. I captured some yesterday,but these are the only flowers in there that really blossomed. The rest look so dull and weathered. Our trip yestesday was mainly for the exhibit and dropped by at the garden after seeing the butterflies. I still managed to capture some that looks ok to me.I will wait until Wednesday to share most of my butterfly photos.

Kettering University

I know right away I will be pursuing college after I graduated highschool. The only mistake I'd made was I didn't pick the right school and major. I was certain I will be studying Accounting,but after a year I got bored. I switch 3 colleges in about 2 years. I finally settled after the third one but wasn't really thrilled of my major either. You know what by that time I thought that was something I would enjoy doing now. Growing up I always wanted to be a Doctor or anything in medical field even a mechanical engineering might be considerable. I should have followed my instinct and go for it. One reason too that I was lack of was financial support. It was very limited so I decided to enroll something that doesn't require expensive textbooks. How would we determine it's the right major including finding the right school for us. I stumbled upon a very artistic and interesting recruiting videos sponsored by Kettering University. Botanic Garden

I am glad hubby finished his paper work last weekend. Earlier today he was free so we decided to go to Fort Worth. They have an exhibition of tropical butterflies from around the world this whole month. We were very interested to see it because I know my little Joshua would really enjoy it. When we get there he was just so excited to see those butterflies up close. We've been wanting to go 2 weeks ago,but hubby was so busy with something else. We then proceeded to take photos in the garden. We are planning to go back there when the flowers will bloom already. Oh yeah, can't wait to take photos of the wonderful roses over there. I would love to share photos of the butterflies in my next post. Here are a few photos taken from the garden.

My husband and I are just discussing about shortage of labor in my country. Why do people need to suffer and work overseas away from their loved ones. It kept me wondering why jobs are very limited and tons of people are jobless over there. Even in advanced countries there are still a problem of employment. What is really the solution on all of this. It's quite interesting to see how growing countries do 10 years from now. I believe a lot of organizations are now open to a succession plan,which really has a strong potential to change how the company is handled.It does take time to grow,but little by little if the executives know exactly what they're doing. As a guest creative team for ON Designs this month I had created 2 layouts so far from Kit No.14. I am trying to limit myself eating too much sweets especially this one.The last time I had a slice of chocolate fudge was last Christmas. So I guess it's time to have some to satisfy me today. A little something for me

Just to get away from my PC sometimes I love to peruse in the mall and hunt sales during the weekend. I have bought a few stuff for myself including this cute purse. I got a pretty good deal on this purse,so I didn't hesitate to grab this one. Yeap hubby would sometimes complain when he sees a new one. But I am planning to send a package to my family this coming Summer.I would be able to get rid of those purses I don't like anymore. That's still a great alibi.

I am the kind of person who doesn't spend too much on jewelry. I am just really fine having one ring in my finger. Honestly, I love to splurge more on purses,shoes and watches. I owned a few that I really love.There are some that I haven't worn also. I admit over the years it's my weakness and now I after seeing this Seiko Watch. Just You

I definitely have an adventurous 4 year old here. When we go places he will just go ahead and investigate things by himself,which worries me sometimes. No doubt he loves outdoor activities that's why we always make sure we can take him to the park every weekend. He sure loves to be photographed too and this was actually his idea when he saw the bench. He's just really cute to look at and absolutely fun to play with. I hope we can go out again in the next few days. Finally, we had snow like 3 days ago, but wasn't really able to enjoy it outside either because I was so lazy to go out. As what I've said in my post earlier that my sister is getting married. I had spent the last two nights browsing online and finding ideas for wedding invitation cards. I am glad they let me be part of this celebration even though I can't obviosly be there on her wedding day. Of course as my contribution I would love to help design the invitation cards for sure. Healthy Diet

We've been trying to stop buying unhealthy foods. Though I really crave for salty corn chips,sodas and other junkfoods once in awhile.But we really stick to our plans 100%. We wanted Josh to follow a healthy diet. I am so glad that we were able to survive without sodas at home now. I see the difference right away to Joshua's appetite now. He loves to eat salads already and other green veggies,that he hasn't tried before. That makes me really happy. I just want to make it right before he is going to school including the sleeping habit. Hubby is also very supportive about this whole "healthy diet" plan. If we want to live longer I think having a healthy diet including exercise is a must. We actually just bought a new crockpot for us to be able to cook great meals at home.

Branson Getaways

If you've been just focusing on work all your life. Why not take a break and have a vacation. You know everyone so deserves one. Hubby is a great example he's such a workaholic and doesn't have time for other things. Only after we got married he kind of embrace giving time for himself. Everything is worthless if you won't be able to enjoy what you have earned. That's what we are going to do this year. He is going to finalize his schedule and we will be able to plan our vacation dates right away. Going to SeaWorld is definitely one and he also mentioned Branson Getaways. He's been wanting to go back there. Him and a family friend went there before I met him and he's interested to experience it with us. I bet my little guy would love the Water Rides,Go Kart Track,Miniature Golf,Outdoors-Theme Park and of course the Family Entertainment Centers. Wedding Favors

Two nights ago I got an offline message from my younger sister. Telling me the great news that my sister Rain is going to get married. It was kind of expected since she's already 26 and everyone is just waiting when are they going to break the news. I am 10,000 miles away from them, but decided to contribute for her big day. The wedding is going to be April 8 and yeap that's also my son's birthday. So that's going to be a double celebration everytime. My task is to design their wedding invitation cards and purchase the wedding favors lol. I started browsing last night and saw some I liked. I saw tons in this website I found,but I will attached one of the souvenirs here. So I am very excited to be able to help in a way and I hope she will be happy. I am also planning to surprise her on her wedding day. I still have more planning to do in the next few days. Wish them more Love and Happiness.

VAIO NR notebook

Isn't this a must have? One of my CT mates just bought a white laptop and she's just ecstatic. I was definitely eyeing on this one too last Christmas. I ended up getting something else and turn down hubby's offer. He was going to get one for me and now since I still have the macro lens in my "to buy list",so I am kind of stuck. Very confused right now. We will be out of town in the next few months and felt like I need have to a laptop. We will see because I don't want impulse buying when it comes to these two items. Both are really important to me,so I guess I just have to wait and it all depends on the budget too.

Last weekend we went to this one picnic place. We always drive by to this place and haven't really had the chance to stop by there until last Sunday. When we get bored we do like to go places like this, where we can take food and just have fun outdoors. Simple place to go to,but everyone is really having fun. Speed Energizer

I am kind of surprise sometimes that hubby gets sick easily. I hardly get cough in a year lol. I don't know. He's the one who eats tons of fruits and green vegetable,and eats high fiber foods more than me. Last year he was sick for 2 weeks and gets really weak. It was hard for him to go to work being that sick and suggested energy pills might help. I am very picky with foods sometimes and yet I feel very healthy.
