By summer, I will probably redo the whole dining area. Bring new stuff in and get rid of the old ones. Least I forget, give life to our patio because it's like the most dysfunctional area and by putting in new patio furniture cushions that would really make a difference. Plus new lighting fixtures, area rugs, and of course new paint for a warmer feel. Oh yeah, let's make it happen. Sounds exciting!
