Got to have them

I just found out that Jofia is not selling at TDC anymore, so I had to search where she's at. Fortunately, she's selling at Shabby Pickle now. I just had to check a few stuff from her store and found these perfect summer set. I hope these designers won't move from one store to another in a short period of time. I don't normally register to too many stores, but since I love her stuff, so I will register to this store and I hope she will settle here for good. I can only name a few stores that I frequent and it's easier to keep track of their designs if they will remain in their store for quite awhile. So this means I will be scrapping in the next few days!

Summer Dip

I bet you won't be surprised what it's like here in Texas. The heat is totally giving me a headache this summer. I avoid going out in the middle of the day because the heat is just too much to handle. We tend to go places at around 7pm. and go to the pool early in the morning. My guy loves going to the pool everyday and since he's been taking swimming lessons, so it's a perfect time to practice. I can't blame him if he wants to swim all the time.

Look What I've found

When we got home late last night I went ahead and checked the Lilypad right away. I saw Natalie B. has a new element pack, which is called the favorite flip flops. Oh aren't they cute? Here I am again drooling over these cute embellishments. I think they're way adorable. It sucks that I can't scrap because my computer is still not fixing. I plan to download all my scrapbooking/editing software and new printer here temporarily. No idea when is my computer going to be fixed. I just recently downloaded my digital camera/video cam drivers in this computer too. I don't want to get stuck without having my PC this week. Plus I got tons of photos to edit. I stumbled a few accessories, while browsing at this one store and saw this CAT5e. I am quite impressed of its features.

New scrapbooking pages

I finally got a change to scrap today. It's been awhile since the last time I posted my scraps. I've been really busy with other things here. Plus we're also preparing for our short trip in the next two weeks. I am also trying to squeeze in making my first hybrid album. I spent time reading tutorials online and now got a little idea of what to create first. I hope I could share it to you sooner. I am just really inspired creating mine as well.

A Celebration of Love

Hubby and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary yesterday.As always he had to work until 5pm,so we waited until dinner time to celebrate it. Nothing fancy we just went to our favorite Mexican restaurant for dinner and exchanged presents afterwards. In addition, hubby also booked a short family vacation trip and we will be leaving three weeks from now. It's just really a simple celebration to remember.

Hybrid Scrapbooking

I am kind of excited to try hybrid scrapbooking. I haven't paper scrapped before and seeing all the wonderful projects online makes me want to try it. Making altered project is kind of cool too.Using the templates available for printing might be a great start.I know one day I will be able to create a hybrid album for my little guy. I just love the realistic look of it compare to my digital layouts. In fact, the first thing in my mind right now is to design the cover of my photobook.A few other things I would love to create are gift baskets,cards,photobooks,themed projects and a lot more.

Obsessed

I obviously don't have my scrapping mojo as of the moment.But went ahead and bought these kits anyhow. I honestly owned everything of Jofia's designs. I think she's the most generous and talented designer out there. Per kit has an amazing variery of elements and you will not regret buying any of her kits. You can use it over and over again. It's certainly fun,unique,not boring and easy to use. There's always something you will like about her stuff.

I love You

The day before mother's day Josh called his dad and told him to buy white flowers for me. That was certainly the most touching words I've ever heard from him. My heart was pounding as he pursued daddy on the phone and I told Myke afterwards that was absolutely Joshua's idea. That was really sweet of him and it totally made my day!

Old Scrapbooking Layouts

I was just browsing my scrap album again and realized I haven't shared some of my layouts yet. I just can't find time to scrap lately so I would post these here. I also decided not to post in public galleries now I can't just keep up with it. To me it's more like of a task already and it's not fun anymore that way. Though I wanted to share it to my other friends online it's just too much to handle as of this moment. My priority right now is my little guy. The time I spend to him is really important and he needs me the most. That's certainly the life of a mom. It doesn't matter how much we give up just for the sake of our kids. So take a look!

New Stuff

I don't have enough time to scrap lately. My second photobook hasn't been completed as well. A few friends been wondering why I haven't uploaded LOs in the gallery. We're just really busy going to different places lately. I enjoyed it so much and it's definitely a relief to be away from my PC sometimes. Spending more time with my little guy is also a priority. We just visited his school last week and enrollment starts in August. Josh isn't really thrilled going to school either. But I have talked to him about it of how important it is to study,learn and mingle with other kids. I hope it won't be a problem when that time comes. Oh well I felt like this kit would help me revive my mojo back. I might be able to scrap again this week!

Newest Favorite

I think Jofia's "Beautiful Day" Mini Kit is just gorgeous. This my newest favorite kit. I really love the kite element and the flowers on this kit. Not to mention the gorgeous papers and different rainbows. Everytime I see something new it makes me want to change the look of my blog again. Just love to tweak my header when I have gorgeous embellishments to use. Isn't this cute? I just saw her LO using this kit and I was oohing and aahing over her design. This is definitely a must have!

New Collaboration Kit

The whole Milla Designs creative team members are so busy creating layouts this week. Milla Designs and Madame Mim have a collab kit coming out tomorrow. This is absolutely an amazing kit ladies and no doubt one of my favorite kits to date. Please check it out tomorrow at Catscrap. The kit is called "Enchanted Forest". If you want to create magical layouts this is definitely the right kit for you. I haven't seen anything like this yet. I think these two designers had done an outstanding job creating such a masterpiece. Here's what I have created so far and a sneak peek of what the elements look like.

ON Designs: Kit No.14

As a guest creative team for ON Designs this month I had created 2 layouts so far from Kit No.14. I had fun playing with this one it's definitely worth buying this kit because there are tons of embellishments you could use over and over again. I am so glad to be part of this team this month. They have a new kit coming up this Friday and I believe it's going to be a hit again. It's definitely a stunner!

Digi stuff

Wow I can't get enough of Jofia's stuff. I just checked her store and she has new products this week. I bought everything that I haven't owned yet. She's on a roll. I can't keep up with her lol she always comes up with really awesome designs and I know everyone loves it too. Visit her store now!

Here's this cute picture of my little one. Isn't he obviously hungry? When I was pregnant with Josh my favorite food to eat was chicken from Pollo Campero. Until now we all love it still especially my little guy. A few weekends ago,when we went to the lake there's this one nearby. So we went and grabbed something to eat from there.

Handle w/ Care

It's been awhile since I posted my last scrap. I would just love to share this quick because I really love this layout. The other day I was browsing Weeds and Wildflowers store and found this window frame and ended up buying it. They have a wide variety of this window frames and used a few of them already. Here's my recent layout.

Boxed In

So the newest fad right now in digital scrapbooking are boxes. It's definitely a hit. So here is my take of Annie's boxes. I called this my collection box. I had fun creating this one. All you have to do is fill these boxes and put any embellishments you like. When you visit the galleries you will see tons of them. Scrappers come up with different style and design.

Recent Layouts

Aside from all the wonderful time spent with my little man here. I also enjoyed scrapping during my free time. Myke would take over part of the day. Those two could go wherever they want and I am here enjoying my PC time. I am just glad Myke is so considerate about my hobby. He knows how much I enjoyed creating this stuff,so he makes sure I would get my turn being alone and not be bothered. So there's always that creative mood of mine,that could pop up anytime of the day. It's awesome to feel being free.

The Notebook

I feel so blessed this week. I can't just thank these designers enough. They're so generous to share their products and let me play with them. Melgen sent me this cute element set"The Notebook" and already created a layout using these stuff. I will upload the LO to the gallery tomorrow too,so she can see what I have created.
