Radio Disney Concert Series

I think it's just about time to visit my friend in New Jersey. She's wanted me to visit there last year,but didn't really have the time to take some time off.I was just too busy at work and hopefully I could make it this year.She also mentioned the places we're going to visit and she suggested this coming summer would be perfect. I am kind of skeptical at first and asked her about the Things to do in New Jersey and she said don't worry because there a lot of things to see and to enjoy, especially in Morey’s Piers. She mentioned Radio Disney has a Summer Concert Series and no doubt the kids would really love it. I was just browsing the website and Raven Symone from "That's So Raven" will be performing live along with the hottest rising stars. The good thing about it is that the concert is FREE, which will take place in Wildwood, New Jersey at Morey’s Piers. How cool is that! We're definitely not going to miss new jersey water park as well. My little guy just love to go there and it have also an ideal time for the adults to get together,enjoy and relax. It sounds like we have an exciting month ahead!

Music Fun

My little guy is into music a lot lately. Daddy is convinced to let Josh take piano lessons. He is so obsessed with the Naked Brother's Band and that's where it all started. I can tell Josh has a potential of learning at such a young age.I want him to be motivated and continue doing what he loves to do. Oh well I am kind of excited because there's actually a Youth Summer Program in one of the colleges nearby. The Piano course is specially designed for a child and an adult to attend together, providing the opportunity to strengthen parent-child bonds. That's what we love about this course because I could actually be able to attend,so our little one won't feel left out.

Wildflower Festival

I would love to go to the Wildflower Festival in Richardson TX,but hubby is going to be very busy this weekend. I know Myke would love to see the concert. I am not sure if we can make it on Sunday that's going to be the last day. No idea with my little guy I bet he would really love the Kidz Corner. They have the art contest,butterfly habitat,rock wall,petting zoo,bounce houses,face painting,and a lot more. And of course tons of cool prizes.Must be a fun weekend if we can make it. The only thing that I am not thrilled about is that we can't bring "professional camera equipment" defined as any camera with detachable lens. Too bad I don't have my P&S camera anymore lol.

Lights: The Last Thing on Your Mind

No idea who the singer was when I saw the new Old Navy commercial. I successfully found it in you tube and she's Valerie Poxleitner a Canadian pop singer and songwriter. Wow this song is wicked I just love it so much. My day won't be complete without watching this on you tube. I can't get enough of the song. Love love it!

Ultimate Love Songs

These are the kind of songs I love to listen everyday. My CD player is pretty much on all the time when I scrap. My little guy loves it too and even though he doesn't know the lyrics too well he is still trying to sing with me. He will just do the humming and I think it's really cute. Too bad i'd missed the Ellen Degeneres show yesterday. I was really busy that I couldn't just wait until 3pm/c. But still I had a glimpsed part of Charice Pempengco's segment in one of the blogs I visited earlier today.Thanks God the author posted the show and I think she did great with her perfomance yesterday. I could really see a brighter future for this girl.Though she was a bit tense but truly she made us proud. Oh well her perfomance was really touching. Anyway,Myke came home yesterday with three bags of these California Clementines.We call this our winter snack or people call these "cuties". These clementines are really sweet and we all love it. Like what I said the other day about my little one how much he loves to solve puzzles. Daddy just bought him 2 new sets and he got it solved the same day. I am just amazed of how much he enjoyed it. I was browsing You Tube early this morning and saw this clip from Boy and Kris show. Wow, a 15 year old filipina became a You Tube sensation when someone saw her rendition of the Dream Girls Antheme and performed at Star King in Korea. She was featured on E!Online and was invited by Ellen DeGeneres. Actually she will be guesting tomorrow at Ellen DeGeneres show. We should be proud guys!Without You Tube I would have never known we have a very talented kababayan,who deserves to be noticed. Pacquiao vs Marquez II

I rarely admire people in the world of boxing or idolized boxers. I would say I am not too huge about it. You know I am the type of person,that I would rather watch fashion shows,than boxing. Is it obvious I am a woman. Oh well my family convinced me to watch it anyhow. When I saw the last two fights of Pacquiao it definitely made my hair stand up.If you can just see him fight his punches are really amazing. Not being biased here but Pacquiao is definitely a star this year. He made a lot of us proud and the rest of his country men. Never thought I would appreciate this sport,but because a man who has this much courage to really fight it would definitely want me to watch his next fight. My anticipation is killing me there are also rumors about Pacquiao vs De La Hoya. Hmm.. not sure about that.But anyway focus on this great fight don't miss out Pacquiao vs Marquez II is scheduled to take place on March 15, 2008 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. It's been awhile since the last time we watched movies together with my family at home. We go to theaters often but there's really nothing more convenient to do it at home. Weekend Art Walk

In the last 3 days we've been busy watching shows and parades and it's just something we enjoyed so much with my family especially on Holidays. We are actually looking forward to watching another one next week. Hubby enjoys visiting museums and art galleries,while I enjoy music,photography and shopping. Anything that would entertain us would really work. The fun and excitement especially when you're with kids are priceless. I remember a friend of mine mentioned about the St. Augustine Artwalk in Florida. She even invited me to go with them when they visited last August. No doubts the place is wonderful and not to mention this one special event that everyone is talking about and wanting to attend to. It is of course the popular St. Augustine's First Friday Weekend Art Walk.
I would definitely love to visit one day and tour the whole place. They are also offering a free parking and free Sightseeing Train and Trolley tours. Who doesn't love music,painting,architecture, you name it you can witness it all at this particular event. If you haven't attended yet,then make it possible this year. Voice Actors

One of the things I enjoyed so much,when I was in college was being a part of our drama club. Aside from acting I also enjoyed being a narrator. It was very challenging in my part since I always love acting and i'm proud to be part of it. Being recognized was the best feeling ever.
